About Me

My photo
Crystal King
Hi everyone! I am teaching 6th Grade Communication Skills this year. Here is a little bit about my life...I am 35 years old and I have been with South Brunswick Middle for 10 years. I graduated from UNCW with a B.A. in English and received my teacher certification at Fayetteville State University. I recently received my Masters in Middle Grades Education. I am originally from Elizabethtown, NC but moved here during my summer break at NCSU. I decided to transfer from NC State and graduate from UNCW. I was a waitress on Bald Head Island to "get me through" my college years. This is where I met my husband Adam Kaufhold and we now have three beautiful daughters, Gracie, Ellie and Lily. I have two dogs and one cat named Pixie. My hobbies are photography, reading, gardening and spending as much time as I can with my girls. Education, Family and Friends are very important to me and I hope that I can instill these values in you.
